Our default shipping will be UPS ground. We also offer FedEx, DHL, and USPS. If you need a item expedicated (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, International, ETC.) We do offer those as well.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?
Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.

Q: Is there a cost on returns?
There can be a 20% restocking fee on items returned. The customer does pay return shipping. All items must be unopened and unused.
