-We include a higher flowing 3" passenger side intercooler tube. Now you can also choose between the standard race pipe (easiest installation) or our true 3" high-flow Y-bridge mated up to our 3" intercooler pipe.
-The new intercooler tube has a very solid 1/4" thick brace welded on to keep the intake horn inside the cross bridge as it was intended to from the factory.
-Option for a true 3" steel Y-bridge with LBZ/LMM style flanges for an extra $150. LBZ/LMM intake runners + our custom intercooler pipe must be used.
-Completely TIG welded, makes for very smooth joints and the insides of the tubing are flush. We strive to produce the highest quality welds possible.
-Custom higher flowing 3.5" mouthpiece that is also o-ringed to ensure there are no boost leaks where the mouthpiece mates with the factory turbo.
- V-banded crossover pipe on the S400 outlet + stock turbo mouthpiece (no more cheesy factory worm gear clamp) and the necessary silicone boot whereas other kits don't use them and boost leaks will occur.
- Full PCV reroute with billet o-ringed fittings with pushloc connections that fit perfectly.
-The kit uses our S475 turbo with the larger exhaust housing so it is unnecessary to wastegate the setup, the spoolup is very quick with this turbo in the kit.
- Radiused T6 exhaust flange with a unique mounting setup that sets our kit apart from the rest and makes installation a breeze.
-We use the correct designed flange off of the back side of the factory exhaust housing, they are CNC machined and are desinged to tightly slip inside the outlet of the exhaust housing and seal exhaust flow at the v-band connection.
-High quality stainless steel v-band clamps and t-bolt clamps are used at each connection.
-The hot side piping and exhaust housing are ceramic coated and heat wrapped.
-The cold side piping and compressor housing are powdercoated color of choice.
This new Billet 68mm 3794 turbo spools similar to the stock turbo (when using EFI Live tuning) with added airflow for more HP. This turbo is brand new so there is no core fee and is a drop in replacement for your 04.5-10 Duramax.
If you want to get a perfectly square hole for your oil drain fitting when installing your twin turbo kit, this is the JIG tool you will need. It is much easier to run the tap into a round hole vs one that is ovaled out due to the drill bit hitting the webbing on the under side of the pan, this helps us get leak free NPT threads. It also puts it in the perfect location, so no need to worry about drilling in the wrong spot. Simply bolt it up to the lower starter bolt hole with the factory bolt and you are ready to go.
